Contracts Agent, Healthcare Industry- Murray, UT
Objective: Procuity is a leading provider of 340B management services for pharmacies. We are a technology and services company that empowers pharmacies to participate in sustainable, long-term relationships with healthcare providers and networks. We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Contracts Administrator to join our growing team. This can be a remote position.
Position Summary: Responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve the provision of healthcare and pharmacy services related to 340B Prescription Drug Program. In this position, you will play a key role in managing and drafting contracts for our organization. You will negotiate contracts, review redlines, advise upper management, and ensure all contracts are completed efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Draft variety of contracts, amendments, and letters
- Serve as point-of-contact between parties in contractual matters
- Provide redlined recommendations on legal documents
- Manage contract variations in accordance with contract provisions and organizational policy and procedures.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports, and other information
- Provide guidance on contracts to staff, managers, and executives
- Monitor contract compliance with established procedures
- Ensure all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties
- Work with other team members on contract requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, Para legal certification, or JD preferred or related field experience in preparation, administration and monitoring of contracts in healthcare, Previous experience in 340B a plus. (Senior position needs 2+ years of experience.)
- Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Comfort in both a leadership and team-player role
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
