- Assist in achieving financial center strategic goals through their own production and by identifying and addressing client needs and providing solutions, which may include new accounts, consumer loans, and performing client services issues.
- Resolve clients' concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to an alternative bank department resource.
- Make appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.
- Follow up with clients as needed.
- Have minimal lending authority.
- Provide back up teller support as business need dictates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requires High School Diploma and 1+ years banking, sales, new accounts, loan processes, or other directly related experience.
- Working knowledge of banking, bank products, cross selling, new accounts, debits, and credits.
- Must have excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
