MILITARY INTERNSHIP AND MILITARY SPOUSES PAID INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

This program is designed to help Veterans and Military Spouses return to civilian life. This 11-week summer internship can provide you with on-the-job training, banking work experience, positive networking opportunities, access to senior management and hiring officials, mentoring and personal growth. Military Spouses of Veterans and guard/reserve members are eligible to apply.
Now hiring for the summer of 2020 – the internship runs from June 1st to August 14th.
Opportunities to work in Commercial Banking or Real Estate Banking (see below for more details)
Commercial Banking: the team works cooperatively to find, grow and monitor commercial business portfolios. The intern may analyze and interpret clients’ credit worthiness, work with potential/existing clients to better understand their credit needs, review loan documents, assist in portfolio maintenance to define trends, identify risks and ensure accurate customer data.
Real Estate Banking/Credit Analyst: the intern will analyze financial statements of borrowers to assist with underwriting, analyze individual tax returns and credit reports to calculate debt to income ratio and personal cash flow available to service debt, research individual owners/businesses and provide summary of findings, assist in completing annual file/loan reviews and participate in calling activities for new business development.
