Business Continuity Plan Coordinator: SLC, Phoenix, Chico CA
Zions Bancorporation is accepting applications for a Business Continuity Plan Coordinator in either Salt Lake City, Phoenix AZ, or Chico CA.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:
• Analyze, test, manage and maintain department/company business continuity plans. Based on analysis and testing make recommendations to plans changes, rally points and recovery sites.
• Develop, present and administer annual plan tests.
• Coordinate with business continuity manager in developing an overall strategy, methodology, and implementation of business continuity plans.
• Design and maintain the business continuity department intranet site.
• Facilitate the establishment of an incident command center for any business unit affected by any form of disaster.
• Maintain an on-call status 24 hours a day.
• Maintain competency in required software applications.
• Assist and train users of the system as required.
• Follow and ensures compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Participate with local and federal emergency management agencies as needed.
• Other duties as needed to ensure the continuation of business.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field and 2+ years of experience in business resumption planning, plan analysis and testing or directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Working knowledge of business continuity plans, plan analysis, concepts, methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Solid analytical, leadership, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond in a stressful environment created during emergency situations.
• Solid problem resolution, analysis, decision making and client relationship skills.
• Proficient at multi-tasking and prioritizing projects to meet established deadlines.
• Must have knowledge of PC applications
