Bankcard Fraud Business Systems Analyst
- Works with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
- Assist with disaster recovery testing.
- Coordinates report reprints and monitors job processing.
- May performs project management functions as either a project manager or team member.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge/experience with SAS and SQL
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to balance multiple priorities.
- Requires the ability to identify, research, coordinate and resolve issues around Bankcard fraud.
- Experience with query building and logical operators preferred
- Data analysis of fraud transaction trends to make recommendations/improvements to fraud strategies.
- Creating various monthly and quarterly fraud reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requires a Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 2+ years experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc or other directly related experience.A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management.
- Working knowledge of department specific processes and procedures.
- Requires solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.
- Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data.
- Solid presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to function in a consultative role.
- Ability to work with vendors.
- Requires solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
