Analyzes and compiles data on diversity, equal employment opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs for the corporation aligning with business objectives and legal requirements. Analyzes statistics and prepares reports to monitor the effectiveness of programs and other initiatives. Alerts HR management to challenges in complying with internal policies and legal requirements and recommends solutions to improve efficiency and awareness. Maintains online systems related to diversity, EEO and AA compliance efforts. Other duties as assigned.
Requires a Bachelors degree and 4 or more years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of engagement, organizational development and employee communication practices, principles, applications and analysis methods.
